This Sunday I decided to run with my friend Lester[LC of LCDesignStudios], hes training for a marathon but i was just running to try and get in shape> Initially i was concerned that its been a while since i had any real physical exercise, but i was in the mood for it and im really serious about getting into shape soon so i tagged along. It wasnt easy getting up early on a sunday morning and making it down to chula vista, i tend to usually stay up late and wake up at noon on weekends, just lazy , after getting out of bed and making it down there, we drove over to the track, it was a dirt track that went around a gold course, roughly 3miles , and with some paved segments.

We started out at a slow relaxed pace after some light warm-up and soon picked it to a decent speed, for the first mile it was more about my body reminding me of all the joints and muscles in my legs and how much they can all hurt, but soon i got into it, after about the first mile and a half, i needed to stop, i had completely lost breath and needed a breather, but after that it was a smooth run till the end. Its hard to run after a long break, it had been almost two years for me since i last ran, in that much time you lose stamina fast.

Its already the next day and im in stage two of the pain process, my calves are killing me and its a battle to get up and down stairs to get to my apartment. This is exactly what happened to me when i got back into football last summer, back then it lasted around a week and im hoping im over it faster than that now, just because Id like to run again, all this exercise has helped me put on a little weight, and im confident that if i exercise right then it will be mostly muscle mass.

I hate Flash, just because its so time consuming to create stuff and i dont consider it a part of web design really, to me its a whole diff platform.

Ferrari F50 on eBay going for almost $700,000. I would love to own one, its one of ONLY 50 ever sold in the US. that alone makes it rare enough to warrant such a price tag.Although the rarest one to find would be the F50 GT, only THREE EVER MADE!! but those are near impossible to buy. Sure there are bigger better badder faster tougher more expensive cars out there, but this is one that i was fascinated with as a kid and if i had all the money in the world id hunt down one of these, instead of the better ones.
A little about the F50

The Ferrari F50 was designed to commemorate Ferrari’s 50th anniversary in 1996.
The 12-cylinder, 4.75-liter, rear-mounted engine slams out 520 horsepower, flashing the car from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 3.7 seconds and taking the carbon-fiber body to a top speed of 203 mph.

The Car is being sold by a company based out of San Diego, so i hope i can get a chance to visit the showroom, though im pretty sure they’re going to turn me away, haha.

When it comes on, your heart rate rises, the hair on the back of ur neck stands up, u can feel a chill go down ur spine, slowly u feel ur blood pump to ur limbs, adrenaline kicks in, your veins throb, goosebumps, it gives you the rage that just asks for something to destroy, u just wan to break something hurt someone, take something beautiful and destroy it, rip out the wings of a butterfly , ive got a new addition to that list of songs,
